Attendance is limited to 60 participants.

The conference fee is 150 €. To this amount, participants must add accommodation expenses, which include breakfast, dinners and coffee breaks -check-in March 19, check-out March 23-, as follows (for participants and accompanying persons):

Registrations can be made online through www.cajalwinterconference.es from January 5 to February 28, 2012.

Separate receipts can be made on request for the conference and accommodation expenses. SENC will take care of accommodations only for participants during the conference days. Registration for accompanying persons must be made directly with the hotel. Cancellations

Cancellations made before February 28 will be fully refunded. Those after that date will be refunded by 80%. Cancellation notice should be sent to cfernandez@kenes.com
