Registration

Registration must be made online through www.cajalwinterconference.es until February 21.

Attendance is limited to 60 participants.
Fees include the attendance to the Conference plus accommodation from Sunday 7 (check-in) to Thursday 11 (check-out), breakfasts, dinners and coffee breaks

Registration fees include the conference fee (SENC members: 100 €; non-members: 200 €) plus accommodation expenses for participants (pack for the whole conference including breakfasts and dinners; lunch excluded; check-in March 7, check-out March 11). Prices are as follows (for participants and accompanying persons):

Double room, single occupancy: 446 €
Double room: 273 €/person
Triple room: 255 €/person
Quad room (penthouses): 246 €/person

Separate receipts can be made on request for the conference and accommodation expenses. SENC will take care of accommodations only for participants during the conference days. Registration for accompanying persons must be made directly with the hotel. Participants or accompanying persons who wish to stay in the same hotel before or after the Conference must contact Hotel Ciria directly for these extra days (phone 974 551612, fax 974 55 10 80; e-mail: hotelciria@hotelciria.com)

Registration of participants will only be considered after bank transfer of the corresponding fees to the SENC account “la Caixa” 2100 2923 01 0200027281

IMPORTANT NOTICE: the name of the registered persons preceded by “CWC” must be included in the information of the bank transfer (e.g. CWC John Smith).

Cancellations

Cancellations made before February 21 will be fully refunded. Those after that date will be refunded by 80%. Cancellation notice should be sent to secretary of SENC at senc@uam.es
