Call for papers
Authors willing to present their communications should submit an abstract (example below) and indicate their preference for oral or poster presentation. Oral presentations will be selected on the basis of quality and originality. Deadline for abstract submission is February 29, 2012.
Abstracts will be accepted only if registration fees of the presenting author have been received. Authors will receive a confirmation via e-mail once registration has been completed.
Authors selected for oral presentations must bring their PowerPoint presentations in CD-ROM or portable USB devices. Poster presentations will be allocated to three different sessions (one per day) and will be on display for the entire day. Authors should be at their posters between 20:00 and 21:30 h on the corresponding day. Poster size must be 90 cm x 140 cm portrait.
Each registered person is allowed to upload more than one abstract.
Abstract form
Type in title, followed by authors names and affiliations in regular type (underline presenting author), leave one line before text body. Do not indent. Include 1-2 refs. if necessary. No figures or tables are allowed. Word count for the text body should be 250 or less (including references, excluding title, authors’ names and affiliations) Use Microsoft Word; letter size Arial 12 pt
